Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping.

In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will not refund but we will replace the product and you have to paid the shipping cost.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

The cost for the return freight is about 35.000vnd ( Within Vietnam) and $45.00 for DHL (Rest of world) but if you use other company, please inform yourself about return fee. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yors,vn and send your item to: YORS 39/6 Nguyen Trai street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City 700000, Vietnam.
